Summerstone Nursery takes every precaution possible to make sure you receive your plants healthy and ready for planting. Unfortunately, there are occasions where packages get lost or has an extended shipping duration. Usually in fall or winter when plants are dormant you should check the bark on the plant to verify it is green. Simply scrape the bark and visually examine.

Our First Promise
If you receive your order and any of your plants are in unsuitable condition call Summerstone immediately. Once the plant is returned to us we will replace the plant absolutely free of charge.

Our Second Promise
Due to the natural character of plants and trees which sometimes fail to live for no particular reason we offer free replacements according to promise #1. We do not offer refunds. However, if any plant fails to live within 12 months from the date of delivery, we will replace for one-half of the original purchase price, plus $2.50 for shipping and handling. NO RETURN OF DEAD PLANTS NECESSARY.

Our Third Promise
Low price promise on all 2200 items.  If you find any price lower than ours - SAME SIZE AND VARIETY - AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE FROM US OF THE IDENTICAL ITEM(S) We will refund the difference plus 50% of the difference.  Please send proof of the lower price.  We will mail your check within 48 hours of receipt of the lower price.
